- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Motability arranged for City Motor Services to fit a steering aid for me but when the car was delivered back to me it had been fitted in the wrong place. I called while the delivery driver was still here but they refused to come and change it. I had to raise a complaint with Motability for it to be sorted. City Motor Services website says they provide a "Professional, caring service ensuring your needs are paramount at all times", however the way they treated me was neither professional nor caring and certainly didnt ensure that my needs were met at all! Motability were fabulous but I definitely cant say the same for City Motor Services and I would never recommend them.By jaynejayne, September 08, 2017
